Shipping and Return Policy

We ship either  by UPS or FedEx from central Missouri andorders are shipped the next day after they are placed, This is how far you from our shipping location in shipping days:

2Days: MO, KA, IL, TX, LA, MS,TN,AR, OK,CO,NE,SD, IA, WI, MN, WY, and SOUTEAST 2/3 of ND

3 Days: FL, AL, GA, SC, NC, VA, KY, WV, IND, MI, OH, PA, DEL, NJ, NY, MT, NE, AZ, OR, WA , ID, UT, the NE part of WY & ND, and most OF CA & NV

4 Days: Rest of CA & NV, MA, CN, RI, VT, NH, and ME.

 We will gladly return, at no cost to you, any damaged or improperly manufactured product that you receive from us. In this event please do the following: 1) immediately inform us, but in no event later than 5 days after you receive the product, by either Email or telephone. 2) keep the shipping carton and product for safekeeping until you receive instructions from us or from UPS or FedEx. 3) follow the instructions given you by the shipper or by us and inform us when you have done so by either Email or telephone. 

We generally do not alow any other returns. In special cases returns may be allowed with a 25% restocking fee assuming the product is as manufactured. 

We appreciate your business very much and are very careful in offering products that are well designed and manufactured.
